    The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

    Eng. Senate Bill No. 472--A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §33-12-32a, relating to providing an exemption from insurance licensing requirements for vendors of portable electronics when offering portable electronics insurance; establishing requirements and authority regarding the sale of portable electronics insurance; relating to the suspension of privileges and imposition of fines; and providing for the termination of portable electronics insurance.
